Dr. Fang is very thorough and doesn't make me feel rushed

She is an amazing physician and I felt heard and cared for.

My wellness visit was outstanding. Dr. Annie Fang was very engaging and I'm so pleased to have her as my doctor.

I have always found Dr Fang to be very attentive and easy to communicate and share concerns with.

The medical assistant I met today was very dedicated and caring. This is my second time waiting for Dr. Fang for almost an hour in the exam room. After finishing his tasks and leaving, the medical assistant actually came back to check on me, expressing concern about the long wait. He proactively reached out to Dr. Fang to confirm her estimated time and then communicated that information to me - I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and initiative.Dr. Fang was caring, attentive, empathetic, and knowledgeable during today's visit. The overall experience was much better than my first visit. However, the wait time was still quite long. Would it be possible to review or adjust Dr. Fang's appointment scheduling to help reduce the waiting time for patients?Dr. Fang asked whether it's okay for her to use AI to record my visit, so that she could think better. She explained what the technology is, and I confirmed that it's a built-in feature in the Epic product that medical staff use. My confusion is that I don't see a clinical note nor an after-visit summary in my MyChart regarding this visit.

I am so glad to have Dr. Fang as my PCP.

Great doctor; Dr. Fang

Dr Anne Fang has been exemplary right from day one. She is one of the few PCPs that actually listens to what the patient says and answers all the questions. She is compassionate and empathetic. Lucky to have her as my PCP.

Dr. Fang took a lot of time with me during my appointment. That experience solidified my decision to continue to work with her as my primary care physician.

I didn't feel heard by my health care provider. I felt as if she had in her mind what I had and did not take some things into consideration. [...]

It was a very clinical visit. The Doc knows her medicine but there is no bedside manner. This was the first time as a new patient. I expected some "hello" and "nice to meet you." I waited nearly 6 months to get in. So, I need to stay with this PCP but if there was more flexibility in PCP schedules, I would move to a different provider.
