After one Urgent Care visit in June, 5 ER visits, and 2 two-night stays in the hospital, Anna was the only one who listened to me saying that I have a UTI. She showed me the test results from my first visit that showed bacteria growth in the sample. No urine sample in July. Diagnosed with CHF, referred to Dr. [...] who said I didn't need to see him again.

She is an exceptional nurse practitioner...

She was a good listener and proactively asked questions.
