About Anna B. Halpern
Dr. Halpern is a hematologist-oncologist and clinical researcher. Her research is focused on patients with hematologic malignancies, specifically acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, and primary myelofibrosis.
Dr. Halpern aims to work with patients to design and implement a personalized plan of cancer care that balances their and their families' needs, their disease characteristics, and the leading-edge science and clinical trials offered.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Dr. Halpern enjoys spending time with her family, son and rescue dog. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking and eating good food.
