About Ann E. Stapleton
Ann Stapleton, M.D., is a board certified physician at UWMC-Roosevelt and a UW professor of Medicine and Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Stapleton believes it is a privilege to guide patients who are often struggling with serious, life-long illness on the best path to wellness and well-being for their individual situation.
Dr. Stapleton earned her M.D. at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. She is board certified in both Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. Her clinical and research interests include primary care of people living with HIV, urinary tract infections, bacterial-host interactions, vaginal physiology in health and disease, glycoconjugates and infection and lactobacilli.
