Angela Forbes, A.R.N.P., is a nurse practitioner at Seattle Children’s Hospital and a UW instructor of Nursing.
Forbes has a special interest in pediatric brain tumors as well as palliative care. The children she has the privilege of caring for remind her to live in the moment, be brave and to never stop believing in magic.
Forbes received her medical education at New York University, where she was honored as the Distinguished Graduate. She also was awarded the Division of Nursing Alumni Association, Master's Achievement Award. She has been invited to speak about palliative care at the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses national conference.
