Andrew Kaz, M.D., is a board certified gastroenterologist at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center and a UW assistant professor of Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Dr. Kaz strives to treat each patient exactly as he would treat a member of his own family.

Dr. Kaz earned his M.D. at Duke. His professional interests include molecular alterations in Barrett’s esophagus and colon cancer and colon cancer screening.

Personal Interests

In his free time Dr. Kaz enjoys backpacking, cycling and spending time with family.
