About Andrew B. Bryan
Andrew Bryan, M.D., Ph.D., is a board certified pathologist, UW Medicine's assistant director of Clinical Microbiology and an acting UW assistant professor of Laboratory Medicine.
Dr. Bryan strives to improve the quality of patient care through excellent lab support.
Dr. Bryan earned his M.D. and Ph.D. at the University of Michigan. His clinical focus areas and responsibilities include antimicrobial susceptibility testing, infectious disease serology, molecular diagnostics and clinical interpretation of immunological tests. Research interests include the integration and optimization of infectious disease diagnostics to improve the quality of patient care.
