Dr. Xia (she/her) has lived in New York and California, but spent most of her life growing up in Plano, TX. She went to Columbia University and loved exploring NYC, from finding the best spicy pulled noodles to watching Hamilton on Broadway. She attended UT Southwestern for medical school, where she developed a hepatitis C screening program for people experiencing homelessness and increased our culinary medicine and clinical nutrition education.
