About Amelia N. Dubovsky
Amelia Dubovsky, M.D., is a board certified psychiatrist at Harborview and a UW assistant professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
Dr. Dubovsky strives to create active partnerships with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Dubovsky earned her M.D. from New York University. She is board certified in both Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine. She has a longstanding interest in the intersection between medicine and psychiatry. She has authored numerous published articles on topics ranging from the neuropsychiatric effects of steroids to managing borderline personality disorder in the primary care setting. She is particularly interested in the use of electroconvulsive therapy, including in the treatment of catatonia.
