Alvin Goo, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist who works with the patient, provider, and medical team to manage medications. Providers refer patients with chronic diseases (including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease) for assistance in managing their medications.
He considers the patient's preference, medical conditions, medication studies to make medication recommendations and adjustments to best meet the patient's needs. He reviews the medications to make sure it is safe, minimizes drug interactions, and effective with the least number of medications.
