Alisha Brown, M.D., is a medical education fellow for UW Emergency Medicine who works as an emergency physician at Harborview Medical Center.

Dr. Brown embraces the philosophy of cura personalis, Latin for care for the whole person. She feels privileged to be a part of a team of providers who are focused on providing compassionate care to patients in need regardless of socioeconomic status.

Dr. Brown earned her her M.D. from Georgetown University. Her research interests include the use of multimedia education and its incorporation into residency curriculum.

Personal Interests

In her time outside of work, Dr. Brown enjoys exploring the foodie scene in Seattle, yoga, and hiking and camping in the many beautiful locations around Washington.
