Jayson Benjert, D.O., is a board certified radiologist with the VA Puget Sound Health Care System and a UW assistant professor of Radiology.
Dr. Benjert specializes in the interpretation of imaging of the brain, head and neck, spine and peripheral nerves. He believes in working closely with referring physicians to provide optimal care for each patient.
Dr. Benjert earned his D.O. from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Missouri. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Radiologic Society of North America, American College of Radiology and American Roentgen Ray Society.
Dr. Benjert’s clinical interests include research in neuroradiology, quality assurance projects and the education of UW radiology residents and fellows. His research interests include computerized tomography neuroimaging, radiation dose reduction and improving image quality.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Benjert enjoys movies, golf, football, computers and photography.
