Patient Care Philosophy

Our health is greatly influenced by how we choose to live our lives. A healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a good diet, preventive care and prompt attention to symptoms and illness when they occur are the foundation of good health. I enjoy working with my patients to maintain and improve their health, using exercise and diet as the foundation and medications if needed, and I especially enjoy getting to know them as people.

I am a year-round bicycle commuter, and enjoy bicycle touring, ski skating and backpacking.
