Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) ​​

ATLS will provide you with a safe and reliable method for immediate management of injured patients. The course teaches how to assess a patient's condition, resuscitate and stabilize, as well as determine if the patient's needs exceed a facility's capacity. It also covers how to arrange for a patient's inter-hospital transfer and assure that optimum care is provided throughout the process.

Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN)

ATCN is an advanced course designed for the registered nurse interested in increasing his/her knowledge in management of the multiple trauma patient. The ATCN course is taught concurrently with ATLS.

Disaster Management & Emergency Preparedness (DMEP)

The DMEP course teaches planning methods, preparedness, and medical management of trauma patients in mass casualty disaster situations. Through lecture and interactive scenarios, health care providers learn incident command terminology, principals of disaster triage, injury patterns, and availability of assets for support during the one-day program.
