Pharmacy Services

UW Medicine’s medical centers and clinics have pharmacies located on-site.

How to Refill Your Prescription

To refill a prescription, please contact the UW Medicine-affiliated pharmacy that filled the original prescription. Please have the prescription number on the bottle or packaging in hand when you call or visit.

Prescription refills can only be processed for patients registered with UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, affiliated UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics or the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

During your appointment, your care provider may ask what medications you are taking. You may print the Patient Medication History form (PDF) and list your medications. Take this list with you to your appointment.
