Parking is available in a garage under the building, accessible from Jefferson Street between Broadway and Boren Street. Clearance is 9-feet-6-inches. Disability parking is available. See a map showing the building's location.

Driving Directions

The Patricia Bracelin Steel Building is a four-story, red brick building at 401 Broadway, between Jefferson and Terrace streets in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. It is three blocks east of Harborview Medical Center.

From Interstate 5:
  • Exit at James Street. 
  • Turn uphill, heading east, and travel to Boren Avenue. 
  • Turn right on Boren, go one block and turn left on Jefferson Street. 
  • The parking garage entry is on the right.
