About this Clinic

Third Avenue Center, located in Belltown, provides acute and primary health care for adult patients residing in downtown Seattle. Emphasis is on engaging homeless and at risk patients in primary care.

Services
  • A social worker helps patients access community services and resources and assists in resolving problems that interfere with patients' access to health care.
  • Health education is available for many conditions, either in the clinic or through the Harborview Patient and Family Resource Center.
  • UW Medicine's specialty services and hospitalization are available to patients, if needed.

Accessibility Information:

Harborview Medical Center and the Patricia Steel Building offer ramps at their main entrances. The Norm Maleng and Ninth and Jefferson buildings enable easy access for all visitors. Security personnel also are available to help people enter and leave facilities.

Patients are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis and referrals are not necessary.
