Hall Health Center is an outpatient clinic that provides health care to UW students and their dependents, alumni, faculty, staff and community. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are board certified and hold clinical faculty appointments at the UW School of Medicine.

Parking Information:
Hall Health Primary Care Center is located on the University of Washington campus across from the Husky Union Building (HUB). The campus can be entered from three locations:
  • Northeast 45th Street and 17th Avenue Northeast
  • 15th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 40th Street
  • Montlake Boulevard to 25th Avenue and Pend Orielle Road
All campus visitors who need to park must stop at one of the gatehouses at these entrances. A variable parking fee is required upon entering, some of which may be refundable when you leave, depending on time on campus. Stop at a gatehouse as you exit campus for a pro-rated refund if you parked on campus for less than four hours. Cash and Visa/Mastercard payments are accepted.
 
If you need disability or wheelchair parking, please inform the gatehouse traffic guide. If you are pregnant, accompanied by small children or disabled in any way, you may ask to be directed to the N-22 parking lot located across the street from Hall Health Primary Care Center.

Accessibility Information:

UW Medical Center's main entrance and its parking facilities enable easy access for all visitors. Disability parking is available in at the Triangle and Surgery Pavilion garages, and valet service is available at the front entrance of the medical center.

 
We provide adaptive equipment for patients who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or who have speech impairments. TTYs (regular print, large print visual display, Braille), amplified headsets, flashing light and vibrating phone alert signalers, and TV decoders are available. Patients can request disability accommodations by calling 206.598.6970 (voice). Washington Relay Service, at 800.833.6388, provides TTY text service to the medical center.

Driving Directions

Hall Health Primary Care Center is on the main University of Washington campus (not at UW Medical Center). The building on East Stevens Circle is across from the Husky Union Building (HUB), between Padelford Hall and the University of Washington Club. See map.

 
From Interstate 5:
  • Take exit #168B (Bellevue/Kirkland) to State Route 520. 
  • Exit at Montlake Boulevard, turning left. Continue north past Husky Stadium. 
  • When the road splits, take the left fork onto 25th Avenue Northeast. 
  • At the traffic light, turn left onto Pend Oreille Road. 
  • Proceed uphill to Gatehouse #3 and ask for directions and a parking permit.
Alternately:
  • Exit at Northeast 45th Street (exit 169), turning right. 
  • Continue east about one-fourth of a mile to 15th Avenue Northeast and turn right. 
  • Travel south and turn left onto Northeast 40th Street-Stevens Way. 
  • Turn left and stop at Gatehouse #5 for directions and a parking permit.
 
From Interstate 405
  • Take State Route 520 across Lake Washington. 
  • Exit at Montlake Boulevard. Merge into traffic moving north on Montlake.
  • Continue past Husky Stadium. 
  • When the road splits, take the left fork onto 25th Avenue Northeast. 
  • At the traffic light, turn left onto Pend Oreille Road. 
  • Proceed uphill to Gatehouse #3, where you can get directions and a parking permit.
