Our team is committed to providing thorough and timely follow up on the results of lab tests and diagnostic imaging. Results can take up to two* weeks to be completed, but we typically receive them sooner. You will receive the results via a letter or though eCare. If the results require additional discussion, you will receive a phone call, in person appointment, and an eCare message if you are signed up.
*Note – Hepatology labs, pathology and/or genetic testing can take up to 10-14 day to process and to get results back; you can expect to hear back from the providers within 2-3 weeks of initial testing.
Medication refill requests are handled only during office hours. If you need a refill, contact your pharmacy directly; allow at least two business days to fill your prescription. The pharmacy will contact us to confirm and approve your prescription refill. You may be required to see your doctor before a prescription can be refilled. The providers will generally provide you with enough refills to last until your next appointment. Be sure to schedule your appointments accordingly.
If you need a written prescription for a controlled substance you can call the clinic Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Written prescriptions for controlled medications require two business days to complete and must be picked up in person. You will need your Photo ID and if you are having someone other than yourself pick up the prescriptions they will need a note from you, the patient.
We are unable to refill prescriptions after hours or on weekends and holidays.
