All changes and cancelations must be done at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the requested clerkship date. Requests must be made in writing to the Departmental Clerkship Coordinator. Contact information is on the Departmental Course Listings page on this website. Fees are non-refundable.
Visiting students may enroll in a total of 12 weeks of clerkships. Requests to add additional clerkships must be submitted to the Visiting Student Coordinator firstname.lastname@example.org and approved by the dean.
