Our Renewal Process

What We're Working On
The School of Medicine is undertaking a curriculum renewal and development process beginning in fall 2011. Drawing upon current research on learning and medical education the SOM will assess the existing curriculum to determine strengths, gaps, and redundancies, and will develop changes that reflect the most recent research on effective practices to promote the UWSOM's goals for training physicians.
