William J. Stanley, M.D., F.A.C.C., provides patients with expert heart health and cardiac disease care. Dr. Stanley has been practicing cardiology at the UW Medicine Regional Heart Center Cardiology Clinic at Edmonds since 1998.
Dr. Stanley received his M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency training in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine in the U.S. Navy. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and board-certified in cardiovascular medicine and nuclear cardiology.
His clinical interests include general cardiology, echocardiography, cardiac rhythm problems, heart valve disease, heart failure, heart attacks, coronary artery disease, cardiac catheterization and cardiac nuclear medicine studies.
Dr. Stanley believes many cardiac problems can be prevented with the right approach and much can be done to improve a patient’s health and allow them to remain active once problems occur.
