Patient Care Philosophy

I use a patient-centered approach to physical therapy. I work to empower patients with strategies to alleviate symptoms and improve function. I place emphasis on patient education and understanding of the plan of care.

I believe in the integration of movement pattern correction, manual therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), taping, neuromuscular re-education, and exercise. I utilize current research to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
