Dr Concannon was very communicative. She listened to me, asked questions and considered the information I gave her. Important to my experience was that she talked to me like a person whose lived experience was integral to providing care. She also took care to understand what level of information I need. Tied for the best specialist interaction I've had and I have complete confidence in her ability.
The doctor was incredibly thorough and caring. She exceeded expectations.
