Dr. Hitchcock is a board certified family medicine physician who provides urgent care services at multiple UW Neighborhood Clinics locations.
Patient Care Philosophy
I believe UW urgent care clinics are a valuable link between a patient and their primary care doctor. My goal is to provide compassionate, quality care for patients when they are facing the frustrating challenge of an unexpected illness or injury and can't get in to see their family physician.
I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. I have lived in the Seattle area for 25 years and love living in the Pacific Northwest. My Texas roots remain strong with a yearly Austin trip for great live music and camping. I enjoy hiking, camping, reading, and travel.
Dr. Hitchcock has a particular interest in humanitarian aid and has worked with Doctors Without Borders. She has a diploma in Tropical Medicine and enjoys incorporating travel medicine into her practice.
