Patient Care Philosophy
In my multiple roles as clinical psychologist, clinical neuropsychologist and sport psychologist, I am focused on helping individuals improve their performance, adjustment and sense of efficacy in their lives. The more awareness individuals have about how their thoughts, emotions and behaviors are interconnected, the greater their ability to influence the outcomes in their lives. These explorations are central to much of my work.
