Patient Care Philosophy

I take my time to ensure each patient understands his or her complex injuries, treatment plan and expected outcomes. I am invested in providing individualized evidence-based care and strive to establish a partnership with my patients to empower them to play an active role in the recovery process. Most importantly, I agree with Dr. Francis Peabody's famous sentiment, "the secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient.”

Clinical Interests

Dr. Kleweno is interested in the care of orthopedic trauma, including pelvic and acetabular fractures, with an elective emphasis on joint reconstruction and fracture malunion/nonunion treatment.

Research Interests

Pelvis and acetabular fractures.
