About Claire Creutzfeldt
Claire Creutzfeldt, MD, is a board-certified neurologist at Harborview and a UW School of Medicine associate professor of Neurology.
Dr. Creutzfeldt believes in working with patients to find out who they are and what is important to them. She also believes in educating patients about their disease, their treatment options and alternatives, with the goal to adapt diagnosis and treatment to what matters most to patients and their families.
Dr. Creutzfeldt earned her M.D. at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, Germany. She is board certified in both Neurology and Vascular Neurology. Her main clinical and research interests are in neuro-palliative care, especially for patients with severe acute brain injury.
Personal Interests
In addition to helping her patients, Dr. Creutzfeldt enjoys ski mountaineering, rock climbing and traveling.
