About Charles E Vaughan
Charles Vaughan, Ph.D., A.R.N.P., is a neurosurgery acute care nurse practitioner at Harborview Medical Center.
Vaughan enjoys working with patients and their families, and guiding patients in their care and path to recovery.
Vaughan earned his A.R.N.P. from the UW. Prior to his academic progression in nursing, he earned a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering with a specialization in biomedical engineering from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, and completed a successful 30-year career as an engineer in aerospace and biomedical engineering.
Personal Interests
In addition to working with patients and their families, Vaughn enjoys scuba diving, skiing, cycling, hiking and climbing.
