Patient Care Philosophy
As a physician at the University of Washington, I am involved with the care of patients who frequently are acutely critically ill and face challenging medical decisions. I believe in a collaborative, interprofessional approach to patient-focused care and find personal satisfaction in working alongside patients and their families to understand their choices and to help them improve their well-being and health in a manner that is respectful and meaningful to them as individuals.
