Dr. Green is a UW associate professor of radiology and co-director of body computed tomography at the UW Medical Center. He specializes in computed body tomography and magnetic resonance imaging of the body.

He earned his Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and his M.D. from the University of Vermont. He did his internship at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont and his residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon, NH. He did a fellowship in body magnetic resonance imaging at the University of Utah, where he stayed on as a staff radiologist for seven years before moving to the UW in 2007.
