UW Medicine may use basic demographic information limited to your name, address, other contact information, gender, age, date of birth, department of service, treating physician, insurance status and dates of healthcare provided to contact you for fundraising activities. UW Medicine will not access your diagnosis or treatment information for fundraising purposes. We will not sell, trade, or loan your information to any third parties, but we may share it with third parties working directly with our fundraising activities.
