Clinical Research

The Office of Clinical Research promotes clinical research, including peer-reviewed grant funded research and industry sponsored clinical trials at the University of Washington and affiliated hospitals and clinics. Our goal is the ethical, efficient, and reliable conduct of clinical research with patients and research volunteers.

The Office of Clinical Research serves faculty, staff, patients, and research volunteers. A major focus of the Office of Clinical Research is providing educational resources to investigators and staff.

Visit the "Other Links of Interest" to learn more about research studies seeking volunteers, specialized research resources available for clinical investigations, clinical research educational opportunities, and more. Please see The Institute of Translational Health Sciences and the Clinical Research Budget and Billing Office links at the right for current educational opportunities and training in clinical research.
