About this Clinic
Our Rehabilitation Neuropsychology Services provide neuropsychological testing as an integral part of the comprehensive rehabilitation programs at University of Washington Medical Center. Services include assessment of higher cognitive functioning, prediction of functional outcomes, and recommendations to promote a successful return to work, school, independent living, or other major life role. We have special expertise in traumatic brain injury (including post-concussive syndrome), multiple sclerosis, strokes, brain tumors, and other neurological disorders.
The UW's Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, which houses our services, rated in the top then in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. The Department also houses national Model Systems for Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, and Burns, as well as a national Research and Training Center for Multiple Sclerosis.
