First established in 1978, the Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic includes two full-time perinatalogists, Geralyn O'Reilly M.D. and Zane Brown, M.D., who have specialized skills in obstetric management of diabetic pregnancies, including obstetric ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and fetal intervention.

- Intensive nutritional and diabetes education for the pregnant woman
- Social services counselling
