The Harborview Neurosciences Clinics, located at 4 West Clinic Wing, provide a multi-disciplinary approach to complex diseases and disorders of the brain, spine and peripheral nerves.
Neurosciences clinics include the following sub-clinics:
Services provided include evaluation, management and treatment of neurological problems, diagnostic testing, patient education and the latest technological and research advances in the neurosciences.
Each Neurosciences clinic offers special services including patient care coordination, nursing services, and social worker assistance.
The full services of UW Medicine are also available for other specialty services or hospitalization.
Appointments and Referrals
Each subclinic has its own appointment process. Please see individual subclinic pages for specific information regarding scheduling appointments.

Patients on managed care plans usually must be referred by a primary care provider. Self-referrals are acceptable in certain circumstances. Questions regarding referrals should be directed to the Patient Care Coordinators for the appropriate subclinics.
