The Harborview Hematology / Oncology Clinic provides care for patients with blood (hematology) disorders and those who are diagnosed with cancer (oncology). Services provided include chemotherapy.
Special services include:
- Chemotherapy infusions by certified chemotherapy registered nurses
- Central line maintenance
- Blood transfusions and intravenous therapy
- Social workers
- Patient education
The full services of UW Medicine, including Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA), are also available for other specialty services or hospitalization.
Appointments
Patients with managed care plans must have a referral from their primary care provider. New patients should contact the Scheduling Coordinator (number listed below).
For established and returning appointments, or questions about the Hematology/Oncology Clinic and its services, please call the clinic (general phone contact below).
For missed appointments, reminders will be sent and a social worker or oncology nurse will call the patient.
