The Dr. Sigvard T. Hansen Jr. Foot and Ankle Institute provides consultation and surgical treatment for complex foot and ankle reconstruction, including arthritis, deformities, genetic anomalies, sports injuries and traumatic injury. A podiatry service is also available through the institute.
Members of the care team
Members of the clinical care team include attending physicians, aces (licensed physicians receiving extra training in orthopaedics), physician assistants, registered nurses, physical therapists, medical assistants, social workers and orthopaedic technicians. Our orthopaedic surgeons have international reputations as outstanding specialists, making the Department of Orthopaedics and Foot and Ankle Institute two of the finest in the region.
