The Pioneer Square Clinic, located downtown, provides primary health care and treats acute problems for adult patients residing in the downtown Seattle area.
Services include:
- Onsite pharmacy managed by the Harborview Pharmacy Service fills prescriptions by clinic providers (the clinic does not carry money or narcotics)
- Podiatry clinic is held twice weekly, staffed by a doctor of podiatry (foot care).
- Social worker help with accessing community services and resources and assist in resolving problems that interfere with patients’ access to health care.
- Patient care coordinator helps with referrals to specialty care services, health insurance, coordination of mental health services, and other general needs.
- Onsite psychiatrists and mental health practitioners from Harborview Mental Health Services.
- Dietitian consultant once weekly.
- Health education is available for a variety of conditions, either in the clinic or through the Harborview Patient and Family Resource Center.
- The full services of UW Medicine are available for other specialty services or hospitalization.
