Madison Clinic at Harborview

The Harborview Madison Clinic provides medical care and social services for persons living with HIV/AIDS regardless of sexual orientation or race. Harborview Medical Center is affiliated with the University of Washington and is recognized nationally for its patient care, teaching, and research in HIV-related diseases. Each patient is a partner in the management of HIV/AIDS. They are encouraged to ask questions, understand the reasons for tests and procedures, and let us know how we can help.

Appointments and Referrals

Providers making a referral should complete a UW Medicine Referral Request (PDF) and fax to the clinic. You may also consult the Madison Clinic's Referral Guidelines (PDF).
