The UW Neighborhood Woodinville Clinic provides a full range of health-care services, including preventive medicine and treatment for existing problems. Our health-care team consists of physicians specializing in family medicine, family medicine with obstetrics and pediatrics, as well as an advanced registered nurse practitioner, a certified physician assistant and a registered dietitian.

Driving Directions

The UW Neighborhood Woodinville Clinic is at a corner of the Woodinville Towne Center shopping mall. Its address is 17638 140th Ave. N.E. See map.
 

From Interstate 405:

  • Merge onto State Route 522 east. 
  • Stay in the right lane and take the first exit to Woodinville/Redmond. 
  • At the end of the off-ramp, bear right onto 132nd Avenue Northeast. 
  • Follow the road to the second stop light, at Northeast 175th Street, and turn left. 
  • Travel past the Molbak's Garden & Home.  
  • At the second stoplight, turn left, onto 140th Avenue Northeast. 
  • Turn right into the Woodinville Towne Center at the Round Table Pizza restaurant, and look for the clinic nearby.
