The UW Neighborhood Issaquah Clinic provides a full range of health-care services, including preventive medicine and treatment for existing problems. Our health-care providers include physicians specializing in family medicine, family medicine with obstetrics and internal medicine, as well as a physician’s assistant and a registered dietitian. We also offer travel medicine services and cosmetic dermatology, including Botox® Cosmetic and Juvederm™.

Parking Information:

Patients have ample parking in the shopping center lot.

Bus Directions:

Multiple bus lines of King County Metro Transit serve the Pickering Place shopping center where the Issaquah clinic is located. Use Metro's Trip Planner, or call Metro, 206.553.3000, for assistance.

 
Pickering Place also is accessible at Metro rates via Dial-A-Ride (DART) by calling 425.557.5560. The shopping center is free from downtown Issaquah via Metro bus No. 200.

Driving Directions

The UW Neighborhood Issaquah Clinic is located at 1455 11th Ave. N.W., in the Pickering Place shopping center, in the blue building. See map.

 
From Interstates 5 or 405: 
  • Exit onto Interstate 90, heading east. 
  • Follow I-90 to Issaquah, leaving the freeway at exit 15. 
  • At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto State Route 900 and cross over the freeway. 
  • Follow the road as it bends right and becomes Northwest Sammamish Road. 
  • One block later, turn right at 11th Avenue N.W., in to the Pickering Place shopping center.
  • Follow that road to the end and turn left.
  • The UW Medicine Issaquah Clinic will be located on your right.
From Interstate 90 Near Snoqualmie, Carnation and Points East:
  • Travel Interstate 90, heading west toward Seattle. 
  • Leave the freeway at exit 17, and turn right from the off-ramp onto East Lake Sammamish Parkway. 
  • Follow the parkway about three-fourths of a mile and turn left, onto Northwest Sammamish Road. 
  • At 11th Avenue N.W., turn right, into the Pickering Place shopping center.
  • Follow that road to the end and turn left.
  • The UW Medicine Issaquah Clinic will be located on your right.
